Outtazabo, 2016

The object, so they say, involves time. It is both a representative and artifact of an artist's cosmos. Its traces are the basis of an interpretation, its mysteriousness can be deciphered.

In the exhibition "Outtazabo", the Stevenson class fuses the worlds of objects by acting as a collective. The students' individual cosmos is negotiated in an artistic foray through a merged universe formed by conflicting and complementary forces - as if opposing voices of different personalities were plaguing the mind of one person, united to form a new personality and identity. The basis of the creationism of this spiritual world is the genuine place of origin, Zabo alias Zerzabelshof, site of the Academy.
